Since joining Morrison Mahoney in 1997, Doyle’s practice has concentrated in the defense of medical, legal and other professionals and the organizations with which they are affiliated, before state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as administrative agencies governing those professionals, including the Board of Registration in Medicine and the Board of Bar Overseers. His practice in the medical field encompasses the defense of physicians, dentists, nurses and hospitals in medical malpractice actions, and representation of manufacturers in multidistrict pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. He devotes an equal amount of his practice to the defense of attorneys engaged in specialties such as family law, taxation, bankruptcy, real estate and tort. Doyle also represents insurance agents, real estate agents and other professionals in actions alleging negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and violation of Mass. General Law Chapter 93A. He represents employers in employment discrimination actions. His experience includes defense of matters brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
