LLP is committed to the goal of strengthening our diversity through recruiting and retaining minority attorneys from all backgrounds. We have long embraced the principals of equal employment opportunity and we recognize that promoting diversity is an integral component of our continuing success. As part of our effort to advance our commitment to diversity throughout the firm, the following initiatives, among others, are being pursued: 1.) participation in opportunities outside the firm to explore diversity initiatives with law schools and minority organizations who share this common objective; and 2.) participation in opportunities inside the firm to promote our commitment to diversity and to further involvement by Partners and Associates at all levels. This Policy is being pursued by a Diversity Committee charged with seeking additional opportunities and best positioning the firm to succeed in this effort. The Diversity Committee consists of the firm's Managing Partner and two other influential partners and is interactive with the firm's Executive Committee.
