As part of our effort to advance our commitment to diversity throughout the firm, the following initiatives, among others, are being pursued: 1.) participation in opportunities outside the firm to explore diversity initiatives with law schools and minority organizations who share this common objective; and 2.) participation in opportunities inside the firm to promote our commitment to diversity and to further involvement by Partners and Associates at all levels. This Policy is being pursued by a Diversity Committee charged with seeking additional opportunities and best positioning the firm to succeed in this effort. The Diversity Committee consists of the firm's Managing Partner and two other influential partners and is interactive with the firm's Executive Committee.
