MM Mourns Passing of Tom Federico (1957-2010)

The Partners, Associates, and Staff of Morrison Mahoney LLP mourn the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Thomas C. Federico, partner in the firm's Boston office. Tom was a powerful advocate for his clients and a guiding voice for his fellow attorneys through his advice and outreach as a member of the bar. A tremendously gifted trial advocate, Tom also played prominent roles with the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC); the Massachusetts Bar Association; and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association where he serves on the Board of Directors. Tom was a Vice-Chair of the Construction Law Committee for the Defense Research Institute and the chair of the Construction Committee of the American Law Firm Association. Tom also lectured nationwide and abroad on a number of legal issues.
In addition to his wife and mother, Tom is survived by his three children.
