Bill has over twenty years of trial practice and civil litigation experience. He represents national and local transportation companies, municipalities, legal and real estate professionals, insurance companies, insureds and self-insureds. Bill has represented clients in a broad range of subject matters including catastrophic accidents, wrongful death, legal and professional malpractice, premises liability, products liability, civil rights, hotel security, motor vehicle negligence and municipal liability matters.

Noteworthy Accomplishments, Honors & Awards

  • Successfully defended clients through all aspects of the civil litigation process, including trial victories, successful motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, as well as negotiating favorable case resolutions and developing successful litigation strategies.
  • Made presentations to clients and fellow attorneys on topics ranging from general Massachusetts civil practice to civil rights defenses and effective and strategic pre-suit investigations and evidence gathering following catastrophic injury and death accidents.
  • Is an active member of his community, participating on various local boards and committees, including as a member and Vice Chair of the Hanover Community Preservation Committee, a member of the board of directors and coach for the Hanover Youth Athletic Association, member of the Hanover Affordable Housing Trust, and the Hanover Route 53 Study Committee.
