Since 1984, Ralph’s practice has concentrated in the areas of insurance coverage litigation, bad faith, general liability, lead paint, products liability, liquor liability, as well as sports and entertainment liability defense. He has successfully tried numerous jury cases in the state and federal trial courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • Argued and briefed numerous significant state and federal cases, including: Norfolk & Dedham v. National Continental, 84 Mass App. Ct 901 (2013); Salem v. Sullivan, 406 Mass. 637 (2011); Law v. Griffith, 457 Mass. 349 (2010); Carrel v. National Cord & Braid Co., 447 Mass. 431 (2006); Norfolk & Dedham Mutual Fire Ins. Co. v. Quane, 442 Mass. 704  (2004); Fletcher v. Dorchester Mutual. Ins. Co., 437 Mass. 544 (2002); Cavanaugh v. Athena Equip. & Supply Co., 2000 Mass. App. Div. 254 (2000); Barnstable County Ins. Co. v. Gale, 425 Mass. 126  (1997); Pallazola v. Town of Foxborough, 418 Mass. 639 (1994); Malden v. Breslin, 34 Mass. App. Ct. 258 (1993); and Forcucci v. United States Fidelity & Guar. Co., 11 F.3d 1 (1993).
