Gary W. Harvey is a Partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Since 1986, Mr. Harvey's practice has concentrated in the areas of products liability and aviation law. Mr. Harvey has also served as a fighter Pilot in the United States Navy and as a pilot for Eastern Airlines.
Mr. Harvey is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court of Massachusetts.
Mr. Harvey is a member of the American Bar Association; the Forum on Air and Space Law; the Defense Research Institute; and the Lawyer Pilots Bar Association.
Mr. Harvey is a graduate of the University of North Carolina (B.A.) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D.), where he was the winner of the Justice Tom C. Clark Moot Court Competition.
