
John P. Graceffa
John P. Graceffa is a Partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Since 1995, Mr. Graceffa's practice has concentrated in insurance coverage, toxic tort defense, general liability defense and fraud related litigation. In addition, Mr. Graceffa is a former Assistant Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Mr. Graceffa is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the States of New Hampshire and Rhode Island, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
Mr. Graceffa is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Graceffa is also the author of numerous publications.
Mr. Graceffa is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College (B.A., Magna Cum Laude, Dean's List) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., Cum Laude, Dean's List). Mr. Graceffa has also obtained the Society of Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Designation.
