Richard R. Eurich is a Senior Partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Since 1972, Mr. Eurich's practice has concentrated in first and third party litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, with emphasis on coverage, bad faith and extra-contractual liability issues, policy interpretation, and general representation of insurance companies.
Mr. Eurich is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
Mr. Eurich is a member of the American Bar Association (Tort and Insurance Practice Section), the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and the International Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Eurich also serves as Chairman of the Insurance Committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association, as well as being a Fellow of the Association. He is an instructor and frequent speaker on Insurance Law and insurance-related legal topics. He has published numerous articles in insurance and legal publications. Mr. Eurich is listed in a number of Who's Who publications including "Who's Who in America."
Mr. Eurich is a graduate of The American University (B.A., Cum Laude) and Harvard Law School (J.D., Cum Laude).
