Nicole Washienko is an Associate in the New York office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Her areas of practice include products liability and insurance coverage.

Nicole graduated cum laude from the Wake Forest University, with a B.A. in French. She obtained her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the International Law Journal and a recipient of the Leitner Fellowship in International Human Rights. She participated in Fordham's Immigration Advocacy Project for three years and was on its executive board for two years. Nicole was also a recipient of the Legal Writing Award for Scholastic Excellence in Legal Writing and Research. Upon graduating from law school, Nicole spent a year studying international public law at the Université de Paris-1, Panthéon Sorbonne, pursuing a research project on civil society organizations and the United Nations.

Nicole is admitted to practice in the State of New York. She is fluent in French.
