Christopher E. Martin

Christopher E. Martin is a partner with the firm's New Jersey office. He has served as senior trial counsel with Aetna, Royal and Continental Insurance Companies. As a partner in private practice, he has been lead trial counsel representing clients in construction liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, errors and omissions, general liability, and products liability cases as well as representing clients in terms of municipal and environmental matters.

Mr. Martin is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Federal District Courts of New Jersey and the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Martin has had decisions published arising out of matters presented before the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.Mr. Martin is a graduate of Rutgers College of Rutgers University (B.A.), Widener University School of Law (J.D.) and Pace University School of Law (LL.M.). He is a member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations.
