Robert S. Bystrowski is a Partner in the Hartford office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Mr. Bystrowski's practice concentrates in the area of litigation, including environmental and toxic torts. He also counsels organizations, including private and publicly held corporations, in the areas of employment liability and risk assessment. He represents numerous insurance carriers and self insured employers in the area of workers' compensation defense.
Mr. Bystrowski is admitted to the bar of the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court of Connecticut.
Mr. Bystrowski is a member of the American Bar Association; Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Association. Mr. Bystrowski is recognized as a Board Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist by the Connecticut Bar Association.
Mr. Bystrowski is a graduate of Drew University (B.A.) and University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D.).
