Joanne Gulliford Hoban is a Partner in the Worcester office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Since 1997, Ms. Hoban's practice has concentrated in the defense of medical and health care professionals before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies including the Board of Registration in Medicine.

Ms. Hoban is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

She is a graduate of Franklin Pierce College, Rindge, NH (B.A. in Communications, magna cum laude, 1994) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1997), where she served as a member of the Moot Court Board.

In 2008 and 2009, Ms. Hoban was recognized by Boston Magazine/Law & Politics as a  "Rising Star".
