James A. Bello

James A. Bello is a Partner in the Boston and New Hampshire offices of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Since 1997, Mr. Bello's practice has concentrated in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home/Assisted Living litigation, Products Liability, and Professional Liability.

Mr. Bello is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.

Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney LLP, Mr. Bello served as a Law Clerk to the Justices, Superior Court of Massachusetts; Hearing Officer, Boston Transportation Department, and Law Clerk, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, The Honorable Norman H. Stahl, Boston.

Mr. Bello is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire (Dean's List) and New England School of Law (Magna Cum Laude, Dean's List), where he served as a staff member of the New England Law Review, Moot Court Board and was a New England Scholar.
