Michelle Napoli-Lipsky is a partner in the Hartford Office of Morrison Mahoney, LLP. Before joining Morrison Mahoney, Ms. Napoli-Lipsky concentrated her practice in personal injury, workers' compensation, product liability and general practice matters. Among her more memorable cases, Ms. Napoli-Lipsky served as co-counsel on two murder trials and participated in the briefing of a significant appellate case which determined Connecticut's standard for the admission of scientific evidence.
Ms. Napoli-Lipsky has represented numerous retail premises owners and property managers, realtors, contractors, commercial carriers and various professionals in general liability actions throughout the State of Connecticut.
Ms. Napoli-Lipsky is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and local bar associations. She is also a member of the Connecticut Supreme Court Historic Society.
Ms. Napoli-Lipsky is a graduate of Fairfield University (1993) and the University of Connecticut School of Law (1997). She is licensed to practice law in Connecticut state courts, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
