William B. Scarpelli is a Partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Mr. Scarpelli was associated with the firm from 1996 to 1998 and then returned as a partner in August 2002. Mr. Scarpelli's practice concentrates in the areas of product liability, municipal liablity, professional liability and mass tort litigation. Prior to his return to Morrison Mahoney LLP, Mr. Scarpelli was a senior associate with Pierce, Davis & Perritano, LLP. Mr. Scarpelli has worked as an associate with Campbell, Campbell & Edwards also in Boston, Massachusetts.
Mr. Scarpelli is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Scarpelli is a 1991 graduate of the University of Maine School of Law (J.D.) and a 1985 graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst (B.A., Political Science).
