
Sean F. McDonough
Sean F. McDonough is a Partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Mr. McDonough has been representing businesses and professionals since 1993. Mr. McDonough was with the firm as an Associate from 1996 through 1998, and returned as a Partner in May of 2002. Mr. McDonough concentrates his practice in the defense of professionals (lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents and brokers, appraisers,. engineers and architects) against malpractice; the defense of corporations against suits alleging product, premises and transportation and employment related liability; and defending insurance companies in contract and coverage disputes.
Mr. McDonough also represents and advises small to medium size corporations regarding organization, real estate transactions, litigation, and employment issues, in addition to the various issues a business faces day to day.
Mr. McDonough has been admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1993. and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts since 1994 and the First Circuit of Appeals, since 2003. Mr. McDonough is a 1993 graduate of New England School of Law, 1989 graduate of University of Hartford and a 1985 graduate of St. Johns Preparatory High School.
