Kevin M. Truland is a Partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Since joining the firm in 2000, Mr. Truland’s practice has concentrated in the areas of Civil Litigation, Products Liability, Contractors’ Liability, Premises Liability, Personal Injury, Property Subrogation, and Insurance Coverage Litigation.

Mr. Truland is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,the State of New Hampshire, the United States District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and the United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit.

He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the CPCU Society.

Mr. Truland is a graduate of Boston University (B.A., 1977, magna cum laude) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1980, cum laude), where he was Executive Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Journal. In addition, Mr. Truland received his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) certification in 1994.
