Brent A. Tingle is a Partner in the firm's Boston office. Mr Tingle's practice focuses on the defense of physicians, nurses and other medical professionals in professional liability cases.

Mr Tingle has extensive trial experience in high exposure medical malpractice cases in a variety of medical specialties. Mr Tingle also counsels hospitals, and other healthcare organizations regarding risk management and a multitude of other medical legal issues. Mr Tingle's practice also includes representation of healthcare professionals before the agencies that regulate them including the Board of Registration in Medicine. Mr Tingle is frequently asked to speak at continuing medical education seminars regarding medical legal issues.

In addition to his professional liability work, Mr Tingle has extensive experience in the defense of general liability suits as well as the representation of insurers in coverage disputes and bad faith claims.

Mr Tingle is a 1988 cum laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire and a 1991 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. Mr Tingle is admitted to practice before all of the Massachusetts state courts and is also admitted to the United States District Court as well as United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
