Mark R. Segalini is a Senior Partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Since 1980, Mr. Segalini's practice has concentrated in the area of third-party litigation with emphasis on the defense of motor vehicle, premises, employment and general liability actions. In addition, Mr. Segalini has extensive experience in handling auto arbitration matters.
Mr. Segalini is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United State District Court of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
Mr. Segalini is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association; Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association; American Bar Association, Tort and Insurance Practice Section; Defense Research Institute; and the International Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Segalini is also a frequent speaker to insurance groups on matters related to the investigation and trials of third-party actions and arbitration matters.
Mr. Segalini is a graduate of Boston University (B.A.) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D.).
