Carole Sakowski Lynch


Carole Sakowski Lynch is a Partner in the Springfield office of Morrison Mahoney LLP. Since joining the firm, Ms. Lynch's practice has concentrated in the areas of Employment and Discrimination Law, Municipal Liability, Civil Rights, Premises Liability, Motor Vehicle Torts and Recreational Sports Injuries. Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney LLP, Ms. Lynch served as an Assistant Attorney General in both Boston and Springfield, Massachusetts. In addition, she served as an Assistant to U.S. Representative Edward P. Boland.

Ms. Lynch is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court of Massachusetts.

Ms. Lynch is a member of the Defense Research Institute; Hampden County Bar Association; Massachusetts Bar Association, Civil Litigation Section; and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association. In addition, Ms. Lynch has written extensively on Employment Law issues.

Ms. Lynch is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (B.A., 1980, cum laude) and Western New England College School of Law (J.D., 1985 ).
